meeting and will be conducted on-line using the Central District Athletic Board web site (www.cdab.org). Each
head coach will receive complete instruction in their tournament packet. Like last year
ALL TEAMS will be seeded. NOTE: During the on-line seeding process, coaches
will not be permitted to vote for their own teams.
Draw Meeting:
The draw meeting will be held at Olentangy Liberty High School, 3584 Home Road, Powell, OH
on Sunday January 20, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. AS DIRECTED BY OHSAA – Effective
statewide, for the 2008 boys and girls basketball tournaments, all teams and all divisions
will draw on the same day with the meetings beginning at the same time.
NOTICE REGARDING DIVISION I SECTIONAL PLAYING SITES:
Just like last year, the Division 1 brackets do not have specific playing sites on them.
No team will play their sectional tournament games on their home site. In an effort
to make this possible, after the placement of teams on the bracket is completed at the
draw meeting, sectional sites will be determined and be published on the brackets on
Monday, January 21. Board members from the CDAB will be present to determine sectional
sites.
